‘not my industry’, or ‘can’t make the dates’ get unsubscribed to the appropriate unsubscribe category level online (so can’t make the dates will still be sent next year).

Referrals will also be sent on to the referred party and the referrer is thanked.
If this is repeated with another follow up, 'leads' are emailed a different email instead.
